What is PolarData?

PolarData is the SAP Cloud Application used to consolidate structured and unstructured data from multiple existing sources (ERP, MDG, PLM, ,…) to simplify product registration and streamline compliance workflows.

It includes

- Management of structured and unstructured data
- A flexible framework accommodating current and future data-exchange procedures globally
- Out-of-the box Compliance Checks and automated Validation
- Planning, tracking, integration of changes
- Collaboration with oversight on the whole end-to-end process
- Preparation of regulatory specific content, submission and tracking of market authorization

It is an integrated extension of SAP ERP and is SAP’s standard way to manage this part of the product data submission/registration process.
